Parent - Kid Behavior Contracts |

Parent-Kid Behavior Contracts were developed for the purpose of helping kids gain control over behaviors that are causing them to have problems in their lives. These contracts cover a wide variety of difficulties experienced by kids of all ages, including teenagers!

Parents and kids complete the contract together, thereby:
- agreeing on rules
- assigning responsibility
- describing incentives as well as consequences, and
- strengthening their relationship

| When signed, these contracts form a binding agreement that helps kids be more successful in life. |

| The Homework Contract can increase the amount of homework that kids do by providing them with structure. Together, parents and their kids identify important issues, healthy work habits, and sign the contract. |

| The Drug and Alcohol Use Contract helps parents and kids agree on important issues and rules pertaining to drug and alcohol use. Parents and their kids complete the contract together and sign it, forming a binding agreement aimed at stopping kids from using drugs and alcohol. |

| The Curfew Contract provides a set of clearly defined rules, incentives, and consequences for the purpose of giving kids age-appropriate amounts of freedom and responsibility. By completing this contract as a team, parents and kids agree on a curfew that kids will follow. |
